Professional Skills Development project assists in the professional development of engineers, technical professionals and students of Cambodia and Timor-Leste, by working in collaboration with our partners and local NGOs to establish education and vocational training pathways.

Engineers Without Borders is drawing on its extensive experience working in Cambodia, Timor-Leste, Australia and internationally, to assist in establishing pathways through which professional skills development can be supported. We are implementing initiatives that promote inclusive technical career pathways, vocational training for students and young engineers, and professional skills training with focus on emerging leaders.

EWB believes that investing in future leaders will achieve impact beyond project implementation timeframes, generating sustainable change.
