SO Coordinator for NSW Region - Volunteer Position Opportunity

The EWB NSW Region is seeking a new School Outreach (SO) coordinator to support and oversee the delivery of the SO program within the state.

The Region Coordinator will be responsible for equipping and managing the Chapter and Corporate SO Coordinators to deliver the program and will report to the National SO Knowledge Hub Coordinator. The Region Coordinator will also take initiative to reflect upon/develop the SO program, evaluate/provide feedback on the program impact and champion child and volunteer safety.

Capabilities of a succesful candidate include alignment with EWB Australia’s vision, mission and values, a passion for supporting school students to learn about STEM, a strong understanding of EWB Australia’s SO Impact model, an ability to analyse/evaluate data, the capability to lead and motivate a group of volunteers, and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Prior SO experience is also highly desirable.
