Background
At EWB we believe that everyone has the right to access the engineering skills and knowledge
required to lead a life of opportunity free from poverty. To help achieve this, the
Energy Knowledge Hub (EKH) aims to empower local and overseas EWB projects with
renewable energy knowledge and skills. Specifically, this is done by gathering information
and expertise regarding renewable energy, then making this knowledge available to other
EWB members and EWB’s project teams locally, nationally and overseas.

Role description

Supports the Energy Knowledge Hub Coordinators in the development and delivery of projects. The team members must attend and engage in monthly meetings.

• EKH TALKS
• WA Regional Strategy Retreat (September)
• EKH Appropriate Technology Workshops (Wind Turbine)
• EWB WA region meetings as well as EKH hub meetings

Skills / Experience
• Passion for helping people
• Passion for energy, reasonable working knowledge preferable but can be acquired on the job
• People management and interpersonal skills
• Organisational skills
• Initiative to promote EWB and EKH vision
