We are seeking an Administration Officer (HR and Partnerships) to provide administrative support to the HR, Partnership and Philanthropy teams. 
With advanced knowledge of Salesforce, the Administration Officer will ensure that the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database is effectively supporting all staff to track key relationships, create efficiency and ensure coordinated communication. The Administration Officer will provide focused support to the Partnership Leads in peak engagement times, for example during the end of year fundraising campaign or at the start of the academic year with our university partners.

S/he will bring this same administrative support to the HR functions understanding that those interested in working with EWB Australia, and our employees, are also key relationships. With a passion for building relationships, the successful applicant will understand the importance of all communication being timely, professional, relevant and friendly.
