We are celebrating International Women's Day 2017 with a couple of inspiring announcements

At EWB we believe that diversity and equality not only create a richer society, they also help to foster innovation, inspiration and solutions that help us solve some of the globe's great challenges.  We believe that women in engineering will play a vital role in solving these challenges.

At EWB Australia has a female membership of 36%? That's three times the engineering industry average and we want to inspire more diversity across the sector.

We're working with Origin Foundation to inspire young women into STEM!

We're really excited to be working with Origin Foundation researching why organisations like ours have such high levels of female involvement! We hope to use these findings to have greater understanding of the pathways we can create to inspire young women into STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) careers.

We had a chat with some of EWB's most inspiring young STEM leaders!
