Whistle-blowing is the disclosure by or for a witness, of actual or suspected activities or behaviours in an organisation which reveals a serious breach of conduct as per the EWB’s Whistle-Blower Policy.

EWB aligns with the principles of the Privacy Act 1988, and as such, all complaints will be handled confidentially. Information will be securely stored and destroyed after 7 years. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

You may complete this form anonymously, however, this may limit the amount of follow up action if sufficient evidence is not provided.
Reports will be received by the CEO who will determine the most appropriate course of action. Should you wish to raise a matter involving the CEO, please check the box at the end of the form, and the matter will be re-directed to the Company Secretary.
