Health Clinic Management

 A donor funded program to help improve the management of 10 health clinics surrounding a small town has been provided to the Local Department of Health.

The program has decided to:

1.  
   • Repair the buildings in which these health clinics are located
   • Refit the clinics with modern equipment including beds and x-ray machines
   • Run management training for nurses and other staff of the Department of Health in the Health Clinics
   • Improve the supply chain for medication

Establish a health promotion program in the catchment areas of these clinics to encourage people to come into the clinics.
