Water Filtration Manufacturing Support project

RDI-C have a strong water program with a sophisticated water testing laboratory and a factory producing low cost ceramic water filter units. The project seeks to continue the development of the RDI-C ceramic water filter manufacturing technology, share this technology with other NGO’s and to further build the capacity of RDI-C staff.

Exciting position researching ceramic water filters

EWB's role in expanding the production and distribution of ceramic water filters around the world is growing, with a new Volunteer Position currently being advertised. This role is focused on further developing the technical knowledge of the filters operation and methods of production. The volunteer will work closely with a Dutch research consortium and another EWB volunteer on site as well as other RDIC staff.

Call for Interested WASH Knowlege Hub Committee

EWB has unveiled a new platform for Knowlege Hubs.   To allow this group to have greater input into projects where required and also dedicate technical support to overseas volunteers, we are on the lookout for WASH Knowlege Hub team members to help in the coordination of new strategy
