Meet some DDD Laos staff!
Odai, Thipkesone, Thongsouk, and Addy work as data-entry operators in our partner organisation, Digital Divide Data (DDD)'s office in Vientiane, Laos. DDD asked them about their lives before and after they joined the organisation.

A Generation of Change: Chhavys story
Like most of DDD's employees in Cambodia, Chhavy is a daughter of the post-genocide era in Phnom Penh. Hers is a story often left untold: her family survived the Khmer Rouge because her father was an army officer. Chhavy now works to improve the future of some of Cambodia’s least fortunate children, and she dreams about starting her own business.

Chhayrorn
Chhayrorn is 23 years old. She was born in the Kompong Cham Province in Cambodia, and she has two older sisters and five younger siblings. She is the third child in the family.
