Dez de Dezembru Public School is situated in the suburb of Komoro, Dili. The school was built during the Indonesian period and houses two separate institutions; the junior and senior schools, as is a normal occurrence in Timor Leste. The senior school has a student population of 1,396 while the junior school has a student population of 800.
This project aims to supply water to the school toilet facilities, thereby improving hygiene practices at the school.
