In a region afflicted by deep poverty and lacking skills and opportunity, DDD seeks to shape a new generation of leaders. Young people, born into disadvantage, come to DDD for training, work with them to grow professionally and personally while pursuing a degree, and then move on after three to four years to higher level positions and successful careers.

DDD asks: “What’s next?”
EWB's community partner Digital Divide Data (DDD) reflect on their successes. EWB has partnered with DDD for several years, providing technical assistance and advisors to help them achieve their vision.
DDD say:
"We’ve trained more than 1,800 poor youth, employed more than 1,000, and graduated more than 400 of them to jobs where they make more than four times the average regional income."
