NSW Social Benefit Bonds
From the Centre for Social Impact
The NSW Government has today announced that it will launch a pilot tender process following the State Budget tomorrow for "Social Benefit Bonds". Through these bonds, private investors will be encouraged to fund social programs which will generate returns and budget savings if successful in delivering positive social outcomes.
