Teachers - you should register your university to participate in the EWB Challenge to enhance your students' first year learning experience and to assist the sustainable development of Uluru Children's Home in southern India. This level of registration is free.
University registration serves a number of purposes:
- Enables the EWB Challenge Organising Committee to track university participation.
- Streamlines and formalizes communication with universities.
- In the longer term, participation provides important funding to support the administration of the EWB Challenge including presentations at universities, communication with students and lecturers and the development of future design briefs.
In return, universities have the opportunity to participate in a national competition for first-year students, which provided excellent learning outcomes while being based on inspirational, sustainable development projects. The competition is supported by a range of resources including a website, online FAQ forum and e-Newsletters.
Registration closes on 31 March 2007
