What is the role of the Chapter Fundraing Coordinator? Amin from SEQ Chapter helps join the dots.
Fundraising Coordinator:
- Come up with new ideas/initiatives for fundraising
- Attending SEQ chapter monthly meeting
- Communicate with national external relations (Annie Wormald) on monthly basis
- Organize Fundraising /social events (Trivia night, Standup Comedy, Movie night etc…)
- Organize Ball raffle at Corporation functions
- Promote national initiatives (Wine drive, E-books etc…)
- Preparing and managing initiative proposal forms, letters, certificate
- Promote the events though EWB website and SEQ news letter / Work with SEQ communication officer & Knowledge hub coordinator
- Write a “How to” document for successful initiatives
- Manage and control the expenditure work with Kate Rogers, Finance director
- Prepare the chapter Budget
- Work with Corporate Liaison Chapter Coordinator & Annie on EWB partnership / sponsorship
Fundraising Ideas / Initiatives:
- Ball Raffle
- Online fundraising Challenges (Everyday Hero)
- Sport events (Fun Runs, Swim, Cycle etc...)
- Social events (Trivia night, Stand Up Comedy, etc...)
- National initiatives (Wine Drive, Chocolate Drive, Entertainment Books, Coffee Cause)
- Speaker Nights – EWB Conversations
- Challenge of 4 people (Kristian Horvath Initiative)
- Workplace Giving or Matched Giving Program within companies
- EWB Monthly Donors
