QUESTION FROM THE FIELD: Energy Audit Templates

Hello All, I'm currently here in Nepal on Secondment with KAPEG (see their page separately on EWB website). They are interested in providing an Energy Audit service to local hotels and businesses to determine where savings can be made through better use of electricity and potential improvements through installation of alternative technologies such as solar / LED lighting etc. I was directed here as I understand there was some discussion going on regarding energy audits / approaches / templates etc? If anyone has some templates / documents etc to get us started of, that would be great. Brad,
A good place to start may be the Vic EPA EREP documents, available through their website:
http://www.epa.vic.gov.au/bus/EREP/default.asp

It's aimed at industry but could be a good starting point.
