Peer review - carbon trading and overseas development projects

Hi All,
I have a paper here that an office volunteer has put together.... its looking at carbon trading and implications for EWB projects. Would anyone be interested in peer reviewing it? The idea is it is readable for people with little experience in the area (ie. Me!), but we also hope to educate our partners based on this document who frequently ask if they can get CC for their projects. If you are interested please contact me at national office.
