Uni can be a little so-so at night. We could aim higher and organise a VIC wide EWB Earth Hour picnic, by candlelight, in the EWB hall at the City Tiler?

Anywhere really public would be really cool too. Like a park around the city or something. Just so more people can see what we're doing and might wanna join in. But then again, not sure if it'd be as fun as it's not exactly pitch black around the city during Earth Hour =/
