At one of the sessions at the Victoria Region Retreat over the weekend of the 21/22 January, we focused on why we exist as a community development organisation.
Most people join EWB as they are attracted to the vision, mission, values and aims of the organisation. This great presentation delivered by Simon Sinek, titled 'How great leaders inspire action', encapsulates the notion of why it is is so important to be clear on why we exist as a team.
