Life is hard for an Asylum Seeker living in limbo. This is why the USyd chapter of EWBs Connectivity program aims to help them during and after this tough time in their life by equipping them with basic computers skills. To join EWBs partnership with the New South Wales Asylum Seekers Centre as a volunteer computer tutor, or simply to find out more, come along to our training day a 2pm on Thursday the 5th of August at front desk of the old engineering library. Drinks and cookies will be available. For more information, email Marty at mwon2928@uni.sydney.edu.au

Humantarian Week. The premier celebration for humanitarian societies at the University of Sydney is taking place in Week 4. Be sure to keep your diary free as the schedule for events is looking huge. We are going to have a stall on the Wednesday where you can find more about EWB from the professionals.

If you want to get involved but don't know what you can offer, let us know anyway because we have so many things going on, with so many different personalities and skills needed there I can almost garuntee that there will be something for you to get involved with!
