RMIT Development Scholarship Team for 2009; Lexi Randall-L'Estrange, Sarah Herkess and Jesse Rose, with a Habitat For Humanity home-improvement micro finance recipient in Thanh Lac Commune. The lady pictures in the middle has paid off one loan to rebuild her roof and is currently paying off a second loan for her new toilet.
Once she pays off this loan she will apply for another to rebuild the walls of her home, which are made of a leaf thatching which needs to be replaced every 4years and provides little resistance to the natural elements.
